One anchor call per month (60 min via Zoom) plus async email support throughout. The anchor call is the spine. We map where you are, what's moving, and what's stalled. Tarot as an opening ritual. Between calls you can email voice notes, work in progress, half baked ideas, or a 90 second "I have no idea what I'm doing." All valid input.
How the async works:
Email is the container. Voice notes, file attachments, whatever you're working with.
48 hour response window, not same day.
Responses are often batched. If you send three voice notes across a week I may respond to all of them in one substantive voice note back.
Max async load is 4 hours of combined listening and responding per month. If you're consistently hitting that ceiling we'll talk about what that means for your container.
